Is this also the correct way of framing inversion questions with Object Pronouns??? -
1. L’Aimes-tu? / L'aimez-vous? [Do you like him/her?]
2. Lui parles-tu souvent? / Lui parlez-vous souvent? [Do you speak to him/her often?]
3. Les avez-vous vus? / Les avez-vous vues? [Have you seen them?]
Is the above way more formal, than the intonation method used in this lesson?
Complète avec pourquoi ou parce que. Puis associe les questions et les réponses.
a ... tu ne manges pas à la cantine?
b nous avons des copains et des copines.
c'est jeudi, on n'a pas cours de français le jeudi!
d est-ce que nous n'avons pas cours de français ?
e est-ce que vous aimez le collège?
... je mange avec mes parents le midi.
Why does this sentence change to the vous form of you?
Salut
If pas encore cannot be used at the end of a sentence then why can I say: On ne travaille pas encore. As in the example given in the lesson?
Merci en avance
When combining conjugations like ne jamais and ne nulle part, do we keep the nulle part rule of going at the end of the clause?
Example:
Je n'ai jamais nulle part allé
Ou
Je n'ai jamais allé nulle part
I never went anywhere
I chose the correct answer and yet I was scored as if I had not. This is not the first time this has happened. Why does it happen and how can I correct the situation when it happens?
I am uncertain why it is "de plus belle" and not "de plus beau".
It seems to refer back to le fou rire, which is masculine.
Maybe "plus belle" is a fixed term?
